Capabilities
What we do,
and how far we take it.
Five service lines, one team. A masterplanner + an architect means the district and the building inside it are drawn by the same people — so nothing is lost in the handover between them.
01
Masterplanning + urban design
Districts, communities and quarters read from the ground up — movement, land use, density and public realm resolved together, and planned to be walked rather than driven. We work from the site's own logic: a coastline, a wadi, a rail edge, an existing high street.
02
Architecture
Civic, cultural, residential, workplace and high-rise, held to an international standard. Concept through to construction information, with the facade treated as the part of the building that has to work hardest — for shade, for privacy, and for the street it faces.
03
Frameworks + design codes
Documents other people build from. Design codes, streetscape and wayfinding strategies, public-realm frameworks — a vocabulary set out clearly enough that a different architect, on a different plot, five years later, still produces the right thing. Drawn to be applied, not admired.
04
Landscape + public realm
The space between the buildings, designed with the same care as the buildings. Parks, streets, plazas and shaded ground — planted for the climate they sit in, and detailed down to the kerb, the crossing and the seat.
05
Interior design
Interiors in the same additive spirit — thresholds, materials and light carried inside, so the building does not change its mind at the front door.
